SMP Law was in attendance at the Hershey Centre on Friday, January 19, 2018 and cheered on the Mississauga Steelheads to a 5-2 victory over the Barrie Colts!  Fear the Fish!

SMP Law reports another successful year in 2017!  It has been a busy year with over 100 court appearances, including conferences, motions and trials.

Mandatory Roadside drug-impaired testing is coming to Canada. It will soon be a thing of the past when a police officer needs “reasonable suspicion” that a driver has drugs or alcohol in his or her blood in order to request a roadside breath test.
